السلام عليكم ورحمه الله موضوع اليوم Cushing syndrome

Cushing syndrome : is a collection of signs and symptoms due to prolonged exposure to cortisol.

Causes:

1_ tumor in pituitary or adrenal glands

2_ in most cases caused by taking steroids drugs that used for asthma and rheumatoid arthritis

Symptoms:

1_rounded red faces

2_ abdominal obesity

3_ thin arms and legs

4_high blood pressure

Treatment : if tumor is the cause of cushing syndrome you should remove it .

If steroid drugs is the cause of cushing syndrome you should stop taking it.

خلاصه الموضوع بالحجي العاميه : هذا السندروم هو افراز كميات كبيره من الكورتيزول لسببين اما ورم بالغده الكظريه او بسبب اخذ بعض الادويه الي يسمونه ستيرويد لعلاج الربو والتهاب المفاصل

اعراض المرض اغلب شي راح يكون عنده كرش 😁 بس ايده ورجله اذا تلمسهن راح تلكاهن نحيفات وضعيفات
ضغطه مرتفع سكره مرتفع وجهه دائري ولونه يميل للاحمر

من تريد تعالجه لازم تحدد السبب
اذا كان السبب هو ورم لازم تشيله بعمليه
واذا السبب هو اخذ الادويه لازم تتوقف عن اخذهن وشكرا .
